Our Back to Base Alarm Monitoring Grade 1A Control Room based in Sydney will contact the premises, nominated contacts and/or dispatch a Security Patrol vehicle to your premises. As well as monitoring intruder alarms, Citiguard back to base alarm monitoring also alerts our operators to holdup, panic, medical and industrial (such as temperature and water level) alarms, mains failure and low battery.

Citiguard Security can hold keys to your property, especially in the case of commercial premises, so that our Security Patrolman can perform an internal inspection of your premises 

For commercial premises Citiguard Security can arrange for your alarm monitoring system to advise our back to base monitoring control room operators if your alarm system is not armed by a nominated time each evening, or if there is an after hour entry.
